Reflections

on a Life of Practice

Practice has a way of asking questions. On the mat, and everywhere else: in the body, the breath, the movements of the mind, and how we meet one another.

These reflections are where I stay with those questions a little longer. Not to arrive at answers. To remain curious, and to let what we learn in practice meet the rest of life.

Take what is useful. Let your own experience be the teacher.
